When you work with Amaris Custom Homes, LLC every detail is specified using the Amaris Full Disclosure Project Checklist. We nail down every detail and cost so that you know exactly what you’re getting. We call it “Open Book Building” and you receive a customer login with a user name and password to access the details and photos of your project on our web site.
At every stage in the construction process a 3rd party rater validates every LEED point earned. We have established relationships with contractors willing to go the extra mile required in the green building process.
